How to Download and Print PowerPoint Slides

In order to open the file, you need either PowerPoint or a PowerPoint viewer. The computers in the library have PowerPoint if you do not.

• Click the .ppt file and save the slides to your computer.
• To print, open the file, go to the File menu and go to Print.
• In the Print dialog box in the bottom left corner you will see a dropdown box next to “Print What:”.
• Change from 'Slides' to 'Handouts'. On the right you'll see what the handouts will look like (I prefer 6 slides to a page, but you can choose other options).
• Click 'print'.
